IPL 2022: INR 33 crores to be spent

IPL teams have been given time till January 22 to choose their 3 players. Lucknow and Ahmedabad Franchises Have Been Given Last Dates To Choose The Players. With Spending 33 Crore today this statement was made by BCC Today. IPL chairman Brijesh Patel made this statement to ANI about the decision on Wednesday.

This formal clearance was given after the meeting on Tuesday. And Brijesh Patel also confirmed that IPL 2022 auction was also going to be on 12 or 13 February 2022. As said by Patel. And Earlier also on Tuesday Brijesh Patel also confirmed to ANI that TATA will be replacing VIVO the IPL sponsor.

As per the last news about the players we know that teams have to select 3 players. Out of 3 players, each team has to select two Indian and one foreign player. And now they have to give the draft by 22 Jan 2022.

And as per the Cricbuzz, the letter stated that both teams have to submit their players’ names draft by 5 p.m 22 January. Earlier they were given 2 weeks of time to select their three players. But now due to the delay in CVC the board has decided that a time of 10 days is enough to select 3 players.

Price of Rupees 33 crores have to spent for players

And as per the notice, both the teams will have a limited budget of INR 33 crore and which they have to spend on selecting the players. And Similarly to a retention policy, the first player will earn 15 crores of INR money, the second player will earn 11 crores INR, and the third will be signed for 7 crore INR.
